Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it. At TAJ, we stand behind the quality of our garments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information regarding returns.
Return Terms
All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the item.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn in water or show signs of use.
Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
Postage is at the expense of the customer.
Refunds are down to the discretion of TAJ Auckland Admin.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

No refund for change of mind
Wrong size may be able to be swapped depending on stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Email us using the below contact details with as much information as you can provide about your refund request. Please provide photos if possible.
