3. Limited Drops & Product Availability

TAJ operates on a limited-release (“drop”) model.

  • All products are released in limited quantities
  • Availability is not guaranteed, even after adding items to cart
  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer
  • Cancel orders suspected of bot usage, bulk buying, or abuse of our system

4. Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change at any time without notice
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout

We are not responsible for pricing errors but reserve the right to cancel affected orders.

6. Shipping

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or delivery issues outside our control

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy.

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits

  • Cancel affected orders
