Shipping Costs and Time-frames

New Zealand

- Flat Rate $10 NZD

- Free Shipping on orders over $120NZD

- 1-3 Business Days

 

Australia

- Flat Rate $20 NZD

- 4-10 Business Days

 

At this time we only ship to New Zealand and Australia.

 

We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours, Monday-Saturday. Orders after 10am NZT on Saturday are sent the following Monday.

 

TERMS

·  Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required under applicable consumer law.

·  We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

·  Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon dispatch of the order.

·  Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

·  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

·  For Australian orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

·  Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

·  We reserve the right to change shipping rates, carriers, and delivery methods at any time without prior notice.

·  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues).
